In summer, during your stay, you will have access to the private beach of the Cala Piccola consortium, with complimentary use of umbrella, sun loungers, and cabin. You can also take advantage of the complex’s free shuttle service.

The apartment consists of a spacious living room with access to a terrace and a large porch below, both offering magnificent sea views, two separate bedrooms, a bathroom, and a compact kitchen equipped with everything you need.

The outdoor space features a porch with table and chairs—perfect for enjoying unforgettable dinners at sunset—and a large solarium area. The solarium, shaded by a wooden pergola and bamboo covering, is ideal for a well-deserved rest. For those who love the evening light, there are also two deck chairs and a sun lounger available.

The bright living room includes an indoor dining table, ideal for mid-season stays, a wall-mounted TV, and a triple sofa.

The master bedroom is bright thanks to a large window and is furnished with a spacious built-in wardrobe and an air conditioning unit with dehumidifier and heat pump.

The second bedroom feels like being inside a boat cabin. With two single beds, a spacious wardrobe, and a desk, it is also perfect as a children’s room. Here too you will find an air conditioning unit with dehumidifier and heat pump.

The bathroom includes a bathtub/shower and full sanitary facilities. In the front patio, there is also a second outdoor shower.

The compact kitchen is equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Several custom-made compartments are available to store all your personal belongings, including luggage.

The beautiful private beach is always accessible, while the beach club is open from early June to late September. During the season, you can enjoy sun loungers, umbrellas, freshwater showers, and changing cabins. There is also a bar, canoe and SUP rentals, and a ping pong table—making it the perfect place to enjoy the peace, nature, and crystal-clear waters of Cala Piccola.
