The apartment is located in the Cala Piccola residential complex, more precisely in the “Le Roccette” area, in a strategic position offering both an unforgettable view and unique tranquility.
The house consists of a living room with kitchen, one bedroom, one bathroom, and two outdoor areas.

From the living room, you can access a magnificent sea-view terrace with an outdoor table, perfect for unforgettable sunset dinners or fresh, shaded lunches under the porch.
A second outdoor area features a shaded dining space, synthetic grass, and a barbecue, allowing you to enjoy friendly grill nights with a view of Giglio Island.

The bright living room includes an indoor dining table—ideal for mid-season stays—a satellite TV, and a comfortable double sofa bed.
