The location is enviable: in just 5 minutes by car, you can reach the harbor, rich in elegant shops, restaurants, and charming venues. Culture lovers can explore the town of Porto Ercole, recognized as one of the most beautiful villages in Italy.

The numerous outdoor areas cater to various personal needs: the sea-view pool, furnished with sun loungers and a small table with chairs, is the perfect spot to relax and enjoy a sunset aperitif; the meticulously maintained garden is ideal for lounging in the shade of the pines and allowing children to play in total safety. The upper terrace, with a full sea view, offers a relaxation area furnished with sofas and a dining area for outdoor meals. For barbecue enthusiasts, there’s a garden area on the upper level with a stone table, perfect for unforgettable grill parties with friends!

The entire villa is furnished in a classic style, with antique furniture that evokes a refined and enchanting atmosphere, representative of the true Italian dolce vita.

The spacious and bright living room is the heart of the villa. Divided into two adjacent areas, it is furnished with comfortable sofas, cozy armchairs, a lovely fireplace, and elegant decorations that create an extremely welcoming environment, suitable for moments of companionship and tranquility.

The dining room, connected to the living room, features a table made from antique wood. Large windows allow you to admire the surrounding greenery, creating convivial moments in a bright and refined atmosphere.

The functional and spacious kitchen is equipped with all the necessary appliances for long stays, including a dishwasher.

On the upper floor, you will find the master bedroom: furnished in Empire style, it features a canopied double bed, a charming fireplace, a built-in wardrobe, and large windows that illuminate the space. Adjacent to the bedroom is a study area with a desk and armchair, overlooking the beautiful outdoor terrace, allowing you to work while enjoying the surrounding panorama. The private bathroom includes complete sanitary facilities and a spacious shower box.

On the lower floor, there is a cozy living room with a comfortable sofa and a desk, both offering breathtaking views of the pool and the sea.

The second bedroom, very spacious, has direct access to the outside through a large French door, allowing you to wake up in the morning and admire the garden with a sea-view pool. The room is furnished with a canopied double bed, a comfortable sofa, and has a private bathroom with a sink, complete sanitary facilities, and a spacious shower box.

The third bedroom, also with garden access and a view, is furnished with a double bed, a large wardrobe, and a private bathroom with a sink, complete sanitary facilities, and a spacious shower box.

The fourth bedroom, smaller but functional, features a double bed, a built-in wardrobe, and a private bathroom with a sink, complete sanitary facilities, and a shower box.

In addition to towels of various sizes, you will find sheets, blankets, comforters, and everything needed to make your stay perfect.

GUEST ACCESS
Throughout your stay, you’ll have access to private parking spaces within the property, making arrival and access more convenient.
To reach the house, you’ll drive down a descending ramp. Just a few steps from where you'll park, you’ll find the entrance door.
Guests have exclusive access to the entire property, including the villa.
House staff can be requested at any time during your stay.
Next to the villa is the gardener’s dépendance, who is responsible for maintaining the outdoor areas. Below the villa, there is the owner’s dépendance. The only shared space is the private parking area.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE

From November 1st to May 1st, a heating fee of €50 per day will be charged if heating is used.
Please note that, in accordance with local regulations, a tourist tax of €2 per person per night applies to all guests, excluding children under 14 and guests with disabilities. (Applicable for stays up to 7 nights.)
