The location is truly enviable: just a 10-minute drive to the harbor, bustling with elegant boutiques, refined restaurants, and local eateries. Culture enthusiasts can explore the old town of Porto Ercole, recognized as one of the most beautiful villages in Italy.

The outdoor spaces offer various areas dedicated to relaxation and leisure: the pool with a sea view, accompanied by a charming patio furnished with comfortable sofas, is the perfect place to unwind and enjoy an aperitif at sunset. The meticulously maintained garden is ideal for lounging in the shade of the pines while letting the children play safely. On the same level as the kitchen, you will find an outdoor patio with a wooden table and chairs, perfect for al fresco dining on warm summer days.

Upstairs, there are two outdoor areas with sea views: the first is an elegant relaxation zone with white sofas, while the second is furnished with couches and an outdoor mattress, perfect for spending afternoons in the cool, immersed in reading or the company of dear friends.

The entire decor of the villa has been conceived with great care, offering an elegant and refined environment. Every space exudes a sense of harmony and beauty, providing a unique and memorable stay experience.

The villa is developed over two floors: on the lower floor, past the entrance, there is a spacious open-plan area with a kitchen and dining room, overlooking a charmingly well-kept garden. This floor also features a bedroom with a private bathroom. Moving upstairs, you access a comfortable living room, two bedrooms, a bathroom, and two entrances leading to the outdoor spaces, providing continuity between indoors and outdoors.

The kitchen, spacious and fully equipped, offers all the necessary comforts for a prolonged stay. It features modern appliances such as a dishwasher, oven, and microwave, ideal for easily cooking for large groups.

Adjacent to the kitchen is the dining room, furnished with a large table and chairs, as well as elegant sideboards that house various sets of dishes and cutlery.

On the same floor, there is the first bedroom with a canopy bed, spacious wardrobes, and a window overlooking the garden, allowing you to enjoy the stunning morning light. This bedroom includes a first private bathroom in French style.

Going up the stairs from the dining room, you reach the upper floor.

The heart of the upper floor is the living room, furnished with comfortable sofas arranged towards the large windows offering a splendid sea view. This extremely welcoming space is perfect for spending moments of conviviality or relaxation, perhaps watching TV or simply enjoying the tranquility of the house.

From the living room, you can also access the two upper bedrooms:

The first bedroom has direct access to the outside through a large French door, allowing you to wake up in the morning and admire the garden with sea-view pool. This room, with a sloped ceiling, is furnished with a double bed, and the window at the head of the bed provides a lovely view of the garden and pool.

The second bedroom, overlooking the terrace, is furnished with a double bed and a spacious built-in wardrobe.

These two bedrooms share a large bathroom, also located on the upper floor, which includes a sink, complete sanitary facilities, and a spacious shower box.

In addition to towels of various sizes, you will find sheets, blankets, comforters, and everything needed to make your stay perfect.

Throughout your stay, you will have access to multiple private parking spaces located directly in front of the property, ensuring easy access.
Please note that parts of the road to reach the villa are unpaved and may not be suitable for vehicles with very low ground clearance.

You will have access to the entire area, which includes the villa.

From November 1st to May 1st, a heating fee of €50 per day will be charged if heating is used.
