For those who enjoy a vibrant social life, the port is just a 3-minute drive away and is also reachable on foot via a long staircase that leads downhill to a lively area filled with restaurants and charming local bars.
Throughout your stay, you will have access to the communal swimming pool and the residential clubhouse. A reserved parking spot is also provided, so you won’t need to worry about finding parking.
The home features a large terrace where you can admire a breathtaking sea view, relax with an aperitivo at sunset in the outdoor lounge area, or enjoy dinner al fresco at the outdoor dining table.

The second bedroom, symmetrical to the first, also has a large window door with access to the balcony and sea views. It includes a double bed and a large built-in wardrobe for all your belongings.
The third bedroom is also very bright and features a French double bed, a spacious chest of drawers, and a dedicated space for hanging clothes.
All main rooms — the living room and the three bedrooms — are equipped with air conditioning split units with heat pump function, ensuring year-round comfort in both summer and winter.
The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary appliances, including a dishwasher, and designed for maximum convenience.
The two bathrooms are both equipped with spacious walk-in showers and complete sanitary fittings.

The apartment is located in the heart of Porto Santo Stefano. Upon arrival, you will have access to a private parking space, so you can forget about parking issues during your stay.
Please note that access to the apartment requires climbing a short flight of about 10 steps, which may not be suitable for guests with limited mobility.
You will have exclusive access to the entire apartment, and from June to September, you’ll also enjoy access to the shared swimming pool and clubhouse of the residential complex.
