During your stay, a private parking space within the property will be available.

The house boasts a large terrace where you can enjoy a magnificent sea view: at sunset, you can dine outdoors thanks to the outdoor table and utilize the wood-fired barbecue, all in an atmosphere of relaxation and tranquility enriched by the sea panorama.

The modern and bright living room serves as the heart of the apartment. The spacious sofa, armchairs, and carefully curated furnishings create a cozy atmosphere perfect for moments of companionship and tranquility inside the house, where you can enjoy dinners in the mid-seasons in a heated environment, thanks to the comfortable dining table.

GUEST ACCESS

To access the house, you will need to go down the ramp visible in the photos. A private parking space will be available throughout your stay. You will be on the upper floor of a two-family villa, with independent access and separate areas.

The only shared areas are the parking and the ramp of the house. During your stay, the owners of the downstairs unit may be present. We kindly ask you to respect the house rules and quiet hours.
