Located on the third floor of a historic building, the apartment enjoys a beautiful sea view.
The property consists of an elegant living room with a loft, three livable terraces — two of which overlook the sea — one independent bedroom, one bathroom, and a well-equipped kitchen.
The living room, the heart of the apartment, features a comfortable sofa, TV, and a desk. It is the perfect place to relax in the cool after a day by the sea.
From here, a wooden staircase, perfectly in harmony with the style of the house, leads to the loft area.
The loft hosts a bright double bedroom, ensuring both comfort and privacy.
Adjacent to the living room, a charming little balcony offers a stunning view of the sea and the harbor. Here, thanks to a small table, you can enjoy wonderful sunset aperitifs.
The kitchen is comfortable and spacious, fully equipped even for longer stays, and also includes a practical dining area.
From the kitchen, you can access a small terrace overlooking the internal courtyard.
The first double bedroom is particularly bright thanks to the French window with sea view and is furnished with a double bed and a large wardrobe.
From this room, guests can also access a third balcony, ideal for relaxing on comfortable sun loungers while admiring the panorama.
The bathroom is modern and functional, complete with a large walk-in shower and high-quality bathroom facilities.
In addition to towels of various sizes, you will find bed linen, blankets, a duvet, and everything needed to make your stay perfect.
## Guest Access
The apartment is located on the third floor of a building without an elevator. It is therefore not suitable for guests with disabilities or reduced mobility.
Especially during the high season, we recommend parking your car along the seafront or in the nearest parking areas, such as the Fortezza Spagnola parking area or the Iacovacci parking lot, and then reaching the apartment on foot.
