The house is located within a small residential complex immersed in nature, in a strategic position for visiting the Argentario promontory: Porto Ercole and Porto Santo Stefano are just a few minutes away by car, while the exclusive Argentario Lagoon Resort can also be reached on foot.

Recently renovated, the property offers a double bedroom, a living room with sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, and a modern bathroom with shower.

The private outdoor space is a little corner of paradise, designed to fully enjoy the peace and beauty of the open air.
A cozy lounge area invites you to get lost in the pages of a book or simply bask in the sun, while the large outdoor table is perfect for sharing unforgettable dinners.

The house is surrounded by a lush, well-kept communal garden where you can hear nothing but the sounds of nature – a safe and pleasant place for children as well.

Despite the quiet, the town can be reached in just a few minutes: the perfect balance between peace and urban life.

The bedroom has a comfortable double bed, a wardrobe for your clothes, and a TV to relax in the evening.

The living room is furnished with a sofa bed and a dining table that can accommodate up to 4 people. The space is directly connected to the kitchen, creating a cozy and functional environment.

The kitchen is equipped with everything you need for your stay and includes all useful accessories.

The bathroom has a shower, sink, and full sanitary fixtures. Everything is brand new and designed for maximum comfort.

Thanks to the centralized air-conditioning and heating system, your stay will be pleasant at any time of the year.

The house is perfect for a family or a couple looking for a stay surrounded by nature and comfort, with everything you need: sheets, towels, blankets, and utensils for a worry-free holiday.

Guest access:
The entire space shown in the photos is at your complete disposal.

Access to the property is simple and convenient, but we do not recommend using very low sports cars, as there is a raised speed bump at the entrance of the complex.

Guest interaction:
Our team is always at your disposal for any need, offering 24-hour assistance. A concierge service (except during the night) is available via chat for any question, from how to operate the air conditioning to the best local restaurant, from the TV to the nearest parking spot.

Other things to note:
From November 1st to May 1st, a supplement of €15 per day will be required for heating, if used.

Twice a week, around 6:00 PM, the gardener will come by to water the plants. The intervention is quick and will not disturb your stay.

Please note that, in accordance with local laws, a tourist tax of €2 per person per night is required for all guests, excluding children under 14 years of age and people with disabilities.
