**Booking and Payment**

- Payment of the full amount of the stay is required at the time of booking.

If agreed with the company, it *may* be possible to pay a deposit at the time of booking and settle the balance upon check-in.

The booking is considered confirmed only after receipt of the required payment.


**Cancellation Policy**

- Cancellation is free of charge up to 14 days before the arrival date.

For cancellations made after this deadline, or in case of no-show, the full amount of the stay will be charged.


**Check-in and Check-out**

- Check-in is available from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Early or late arrivals *must* be agreed upon in advance and may be subject to an additional fee.
- Check-out must be completed by 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure. Late departures *must* be agreed upon in advance and may be subject to an additional fee.

**Tourist Tax**

- The tourist tax, required by the Municipality of Monte Argentario, is not included in the indicated rates and must be paid on site. The amount is €2 per person per night, with exemptions for children under 14 years of age and for guests with disabilities. The tax applies for a maximum of 7 consecutive nights.

**House Rules**

- Guests are required to comply with the house and condominium rules.

**Liability**

- Any damage caused to the property or its furnishings will be charged to the guest.
