Your accommodation:
Casa Levante is part of a small, private residential complex of just three units, located in Pianone, Monte Argentario.

Its position is truly strategic: immersed in peace and quiet, it offers breathtaking panoramic sea views, while remaining just a short distance from the main attractions in the area. In just 5 minutes by car, you can reach the port of Santo Stefano, full of elegant shops, restaurants, and local bars. Porto Ercole and Orbetello are also just a few minutes away, and the nearest beaches are only 3 minutes from the house.

The house, recently renovated, is tastefully furnished and characterized by cozy, elegant spaces in perfect harmony with the surrounding landscape. It consists of a large living room with open kitchen, 2 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a beautiful sea-view terrace.

From the living room, you can access the charming terrace, furnished with an outdoor table under a portico: the ideal spot to enjoy unforgettable sunset dinners or fresh outdoor lunches, surrounded by a relaxing and evocative atmosphere.

The house is organized into two distinct areas:

The living area, bright and elegant, is divided into three functional spaces: dining area, living room, and open kitchen.

The sleeping area, quiet and relaxing, includes 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

The living room, decorated in a sophisticated style, features an indoor dining table perfect for mid-season meals, a smart TV, and a comfortable sofa – ideal for relaxing with a movie on cooler evenings.

The open-plan kitchen, carefully designed and fully equipped (including a dishwasher), is perfect for guaranteeing maximum comfort even during longer stays.

The first bedroom, bright thanks to its French door and tastefully decorated, offers a double bed, a spacious wardrobe for all your belongings, and a private en-suite bathroom.

The en-suite bathroom includes a sink, full sanitary fixtures, and a large walk-in shower.

The second bedroom, also elegantly furnished, has a double bed and a large built-in wardrobe.

A second bathroom, adjacent to the two bedrooms, includes a sink, full sanitary fixtures, and a large walk-in shower.

Every room is equipped with hot/cold air conditioning splits to ensure maximum comfort in every season.

In addition to towels in various sizes, you will find sheets, blankets, duvets, and everything you need to make your stay perfect.

Guest access:
You will have access to a private parking space directly on-site, located just before the entrance to the property. From there, you can access the garden, shared exclusively with Casa Ponente.

A short, gently sloping ramp leads directly to the entrance of the house.

The only common areas with Casa Ponente are the parking and the garden: all other spaces, both indoors and outdoors, are for the exclusive use of Casa Levante guests.

Other things to note:
From November 1st to May 1st, a supplement of €15 per day will be required for heating, if used.

Please note that, in accordance with local laws, a tourist tax of €2 per person per night is required for all guests, excluding children under 14 years of age and people with disabilities.
