Recently renovated and composed of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen, and a spacious living area, it can accommodate up to 6 people, offering privacy in every room – perfect for both families and groups of friends.

Your accommodation:
Casa Ponente is part of a small and private residential complex with only three units, located in Pianone, Monte Argentario.

Its position is truly strategic: immersed in quiet surroundings, it offers a breathtaking panoramic sea view, while being just a short distance from the main attractions in the area. In just 5 minutes by car, you can reach the port of Santo Stefano, lively with shops, restaurants, and local bars. Porto Ercole and Orbetello are also just a few minutes away, and the nearest beaches can be reached in only 3 minutes.

The living room in the veranda is the real highlight of this property. A bright and refined space that gives the feeling of being outdoors, yet with all the comfort of a protected and air-conditioned environment. Here you will find a dining table to share meals while enjoying the stunning sea view, a comfortable sofa for relaxing in the evening, and a smart TV.

This space is fully air-conditioned with hot/cold system, making it perfect to enjoy all year round: cool and breezy during the hottest days, and pleasantly cozy when the weather is humid or windy.

From this area, you can access the charming little terrace, furnished with two comfortable outdoor armchairs and a low table – the perfect spot for a chat on breezy afternoons, surrounded by a relaxing and evocative atmosphere.

The open-plan kitchen, carefully designed, is fully equipped (including a dishwasher) and thought out to provide maximum comfort even for longer stays.

The first bedroom, which can also be accessed from outside, is tastefully decorated and features a double bed, a spacious wardrobe for all your belongings, and a private en-suite bathroom.

The en-suite bathroom includes a sink, full sanitary fixtures, and a large walk-in shower.

The second bedroom, also tastefully decorated, has a double bed and a large built-in wardrobe.

The third bedroom has 2 single beds and a built-in wardrobe.

A second bathroom, adjacent to the two bedrooms, includes a sink, full sanitary fixtures, and a large walk-in shower.

Every room is equipped with hot/cold air conditioning splits to ensure maximum comfort in every season.

In addition to towels of various sizes, you will find sheets, blankets, duvets, and everything you need to make your stay perfect.

Guest access:
You will have access to a private parking space directly on-site, located just before the entrance to the property. From there, you can access the garden, shared exclusively with Casa Levante.

A short, gently sloping ramp leads directly to the entrance of the house.

The only common areas with Casa Levante are the parking and the garden: all other spaces, both indoors and outdoors, are for the exclusive use of Casa Ponente guests.

Other things to note:
From November 1st to May 1st, a supplement of €15 per day will be required for heating, if used.

Please note that, in accordance with local laws, a tourist tax of €2 per person per night is required for all guests, excluding children under 14 years of age and people with disabilities.
