The apartment is situated in a small residential complex surrounded by greenery, allowing you to enjoy an idyllic peace. However, for those who enjoy the nightlife, Porto Ercole is only a 3-minute drive away, offering plenty of restaurants and charming local spots.

The apartment consists of a spacious living room with access to three large outdoor spaces where you can enjoy magnificent sea views, two independent bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need.

The living room, which is the heart of the apartment, is a true gem; modern and very bright, it provides access to three different outdoor areas: a balcony with a dining table overlooking the harbor, a covered area with a corner sofa, and a patio with seating for relaxation. In addition to a comfortable corner sofa facing the TV, there is a second sofa bed that allows the apartment to accommodate up to six guests.

The open kitchen features all appliances and is furnished with every possible comfort, including a dishwasher.

The master bedroom, thanks to its two large windows, is very bright and is equipped with a spacious walk-in closet and air conditioning. The second bedroom has two single beds and a third pull-out bed, a private bathroom with all amenities, a spacious walk-in closet, and air conditioning.

Both bathrooms offer spacious shower stalls and full sanitary fittings. In addition to towels of various sizes, you will find sheets, blankets, a duvet, and everything needed to make your stay perfect. GUEST ACCESS

The house is set in the green area of Poggio Pertuso. It has a private parking space on the street, at the base of the long outdoor stairs leading directly to the home. As this is the only access, the apartment is NOT EASILY ACCESSIBLE FOR DISABLED OR ELDERLY GUESTS.
