The apartment is divided into two main areas: the living area and the sleeping area, situated on slightly different levels and separated by a few steps. The house is set in the green location of Poggio Pertuso. It features a private parking space on the street, at the base of the long external steps that will take you directly to the property. Since this is the only mode of access, the apartment is NOT SUITABLE FOR DISABLED PERSONS OR THE ELDERLY.
