Located on the first floor of a historic building, the apartment enjoys a charming view of the old village.

The home features an elegant living room, a livable terrace overlooking the historic center, two independent bedrooms, a bathroom, and a well-equipped kitchen.

The living room, the heart of the apartment, includes a comfortable sofa, a smart TV, and Bluetooth speakers. It’s the perfect place to unwind in the cool air after a day at the beach—perhaps with some music and an aperitif. A convenient dining table is also available for meals indoors.

Adjacent to the living room, a lovely livable terrace offers the chance to dine al fresco on warm summer evenings while admiring the village scenery and the charming clock tower in the historic center.

The kitchen, with its nautical-inspired design, is fully equipped for extended stays and overlooks the inner courtyard.

The first double bedroom, bright and with a view of the village, includes a large built-in wardrobe and air conditioning.

The second bedroom also features air conditioning, a double bed, and an open wardrobe.

The bathroom is modern and functional, with a spacious shower and complete sanitary fittings.

The apartment is equipped with a centralized climate control system, ensuring cool spaces in summer and pleasant warmth during the mid-seasons.

In addition to towels in various sizes, you’ll find bed linens, blankets, a duvet, and everything needed to make your stay perfect.

The apartment is located in the historic center of Porto Ercole, and is accessed via a short staircase of approximately 10 steps.
For this reason, it may not be suitable for guests with disabilities or limited mobility.
