Modern and very bright, it features two comfortable sofas, one of which is a corner sofa facing a 43" HD Smart TV with Netflix, YouTube, Amazon Prime, and many applications to entertain the kids. There is also a majestic Carrara marble and crystal dining table that can be used for dining or working, all while enjoying the stunning sea view.

The outdoor space consists of a terrace with a table and chairs and a comfortable bench for enjoying fantastic aperitifs. Two loungers are also provided, perfect for a well-deserved rest in the shade.

The spacious and functional kitchen is equipped with all new appliances, including a dishwasher, toaster, and microwave. It also features a comfortable and spacious bar table with stools, creating a connection between the kitchen and the living area.
